Veterans Reunite, Attend Flag Retreat Ceremony at Magic Kingdom Park

About 60 veterans of the United States Navy destroyer USS John R. Pierce recently joined us at the Walt Disney World Resort for a special reunion. The group not only visited the park but also attended and participated in a flag retreat ceremony at Magic Kingdom Park. Today's fly over was an amazing moment of history and bittersweet as the space shuttle program comes to an end. Thank you, NASA -- today you were the ones who made dreams come true here at the Happiest Place on Earth. Read more at the Disney Parks Blog: http://bit.ly/UnuypF
